What is Recruit 2 Web?

• Recruit 2 Web is a national telephone recruiting service.  Our database of roughly a million respondents allows us to reach sample sizes of up to 500 for either qualitative or quantitative studies.  We refer to this service as Recruit 2 Web because we use traditional qualitative recruiting techniques to recruit any kind of web-based survey.

How does it Work?

• A Recruit 2 Web project uses a standard screener and a telephone pre-recruit.  Respondents who qualify based on the screener are directed to the link which houses the online survey or scheduled to take part in the research.  We follow-up with a phone call to confirm receipt.  Respondent who do not complete the survey within a given amount of time are recalled and urged to complete.  We continue with this process until we have completed the amount of surveys you need; typically this requires contacting 20-40% more respondents than you need completes.

• GO respondent DO NOT come from online panels, purchased lists, purchased sample, or referring websites of any kind.  All respondents are screened by phone from GO's internal Qualitative database which exceeds 1 million nationwide.  They are engaged participants, not professional researchers.  By speaking with each and every respondent we are confident in their quality and authenticity.  
• In addition, Great Opinions has a tremendous network of established relationships with professional organizations (ie. Medical support groups, business associations, etc).  These relationships help us keep our professional panels fresh and gives us the ability to network for harder to reach respondents.

Why Recruit 2 Web?

• Much higher quality.  Respondent are screened over the telephone, not just through a web survey or email.  Respondents are sourced through qualitative recruiting methods eliminating online panelist repetition, web respondent burn out, survey speedsters, and other online sampling method issues.

How much of the process can Great Opinions manage for me?

• Great Opinions is as full service as you need us to be.  We are capable of developing the online survey and/or pre-screener, programming, hosting, recruiting respondent, and reporting on the findings.  However, we are happy to provide any of these service independently (ie. recruit only).  It is not uncommon that GO is asked to provide "recruit only" service.   

How much does it cost?

• Pricing for recruit2web is higher priced than online sampling but less than fielding recruitment to multiple qualitative recruiting centers across the country.
